Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Receiving in Ocoee, FL to pick, package, and stage auto parts orders for shipment. You will work with forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers in a fast-paced distribution center, contributing to accurate inventory and on-time deliveries.

We offer up to $18.00/hour, a $1,000 retention bonus with additional $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous full-time employment, plus health benefits, a 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand all day in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift/PIT equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Team-oriented with clear communication to teammates and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and similar equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow and timely shipments.
