Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – 3PL Mid-Shift for our Brownstown, MI distribution center.

This active role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, safety, and consistent results in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily 3PL distribution operations by preparing orders, processing inbound inventory, loading and unloading trucks, and moving products safely and accurately

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to perform physical warehouse tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Overtime and rotating Saturday coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers; training provided as needed.
• Verify parts and quantities to support inventory accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to keep work moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform other warehouse tasks based on daily needs.

Warehouse Associate – 3PL Mid-Shift

Company: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.
Location: Brownstown, MI
Hourly Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift Premium: Additional $2.00/hour for hours worked after 5:00 p.m.
Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with potential overtime and rotating Saturday coverage
Position Type: Warehouse / Third-Party Logistics (3PL)
Work Environment: Active warehouse role in a non-climate-controlled distribution center

About the Role

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift and perform physical warehouse work
• Forklift or other powered industrial truck experience preferred, but not required
• Availability for overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as business needs require

Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and ladder use throughout the shift
• Ability to consistently lift products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 30 feet
• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with temperatures that vary by season
