Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Spokane, WA to help pick, package, and stage auto parts orders for shipment. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and physical activity as you move parts and operate warehouse equipment.

This full-time position offers competitive pay ($18.25/hour with a $2 shift differential) and a retention bonus program. Training is provided for equipment, and safety is a priority in our non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery.

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers (training provided).
• Maintain inventory accuracy at all times.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and follow safety protocols.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.

Warehouse Associate – 3PL

Location: Spokane, WA

Compensation: $18.25/hour with a $2 shift differential

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4:30-5:00pm (or whenever job is complete)

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Key Responsibilities

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
