Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Receiving to pull, pack, and stage auto parts orders for shipment, supporting an accurate and efficient supply chain.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (or until completion) with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and a $1,000 retention bonus. You'll operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers, handle inbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the team in a

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience operating Reach Truck and Cherry Picker.
• Experience in stock put-away (Big Zone products).
• Ability to lift products up to 75 lbs. consistently.
• Able to stand/walk/bend/climb ladders all day.
• Work at heights up to 40 feet without issue.

Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery

Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations

Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently

Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)

Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step

Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success

Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols

Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

Required Qualifications:

Are you 18 years of age or older?

Must have strong experience in operating the Reach Truck and Cherry Picker

Must have experience in stock put-away (Big Zone products)

Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?

Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?

Are you able to work at heights up to 40 feet without issue?

Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?

Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?

Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?

Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?

Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
