Job Description

Responsible for performing manual or automated tasks related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Tasks include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. Ensures the smooth flow of products from receipt to shipment, meeting prescribed service parameters for internal and external customers. Acts as team lead for inbound/outbound team members, encouraging team cohesiveness and efficient product flow. Also involves maintaining health system records and documents in accordance with policies and legal requirements. The estimated pay range is $19.15 - $24.90 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees: High School, Certification, GED, Training, Experience

Licenses & Certifications: Drivers License from Florida

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse systems is beneficial.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Material Handling Equipment training, testing, and certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
• Must be detail-oriented, quality-focused, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting quotas and standards, and leading teams.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments is required.
• Basic computer skills and use of common office equipment are required.
