Job Description

Responsible for performing manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This includes functions such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery. The role ensures the efficient flow of products from receipt from vendors to shipment, meeting prescribed service parameters for various internal and external customers. Acts as team lead for inbound/outbound team members, encouraging team cohesion and ensuring smooth product flow. Additionally, duties include retrieving, transporting, and maintaining health system records and documents in accordance with policy, legal, financial, governmental, and historical requirements.

Estimated pay range for this position is $19.15 - $24.90 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, certification, training, or experience.

• Drivers License from Florida.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with automated or RF (Radio Frequency) warehouse systems is beneficial.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Material Handling Equipment training, testing, and certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting quotas and standards, and leading teams.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Proficiency with common office equipment and basic computer skills.
