Job summary

Owens & Minor is a global healthcare solutions company seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound receiving, order picking, sortation, and loading operations. You will work with RF technology and voice-pick systems in a fast-paced team setting, ensuring accurate counts and timely deliveries across the facility.

Team members must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to stand for long periods while handling pallets and equipment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic topics (math, reading, basic accounting, typing).
• Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution center is a plus.
• Warehouse/Operations certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually using the pallet jack; counts, verifies, and receives product using RF equipment or Voice Pick Technology; documents variances.
• LUM Picking: Selects products and quantities as directed by Voice Pick Technology and/or RF scanner and places items into totes on conveyor belt.
• Sortation: Prepares sortation area by setting up pallets and carts for product; moves cartons and totes from conveyor belts to pallets and carts.
• Loading: Uses RF scanner to ensure totes, pallets, and carts are loaded onto trucks; uses pallet jack to load pallets.
