Job summary

Southern Hobby Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Missouri to pull, pack, and ship orders, stock inventory, and support cycle counts. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years of warehouse experience, with strong attention to detail and reliability. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working standing for long periods.

• Complete other duties as assigned by warehouse leads or Management staff
• Conducting physical inventory and adjusting discrepancies
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area
• Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues
• Other duties are assigned by leadership

Southern Hobby is seeking a Warehouse Associate, with responsibilities ranging from pulling/shipping/packing orders, stocking inventory, cycle counting, loading/unloading freight and other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager. We're looking for someone who has a great attention to detail and can work at a solid, consistent pace with accuracy. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Duties/Responsibilities:
