Westby, WI

Night Shift, working 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 pm-5 am, including every other weekend.

Day shift working 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 am-5 pm, including every other weekend.

$23+/hr

As a Clean-In-Place (CIP) Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the cleaning systems used in the manufacturing process. Your primary duty will be to ensure that the CIP systems are effectively cleaning and sanitizing equipment to meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operate CIP systems to clean and sanitize production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  2. Monitor CIP processes, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure proper cleaning and sanitization.
  3. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CIP systems to ensure they are functioning effectively.
  4. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  5. Keep accurate records of CIP activities, including cleaning cycles, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
  6. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to schedule CIP cycles in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  7. Report any issues or deviations in CIP performance to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  8. Diligently follow company policies and procedures related to hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in operating CIP systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  3. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, sanitation processes, and equipment operations.
  4. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with team members.
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  6. Physical ability to lift and move equipment, withstand working in a wet environment, and stand for extended periods.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
