True Nutrition in Vista, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick, pack and ship customer orders, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the warehouse safe and organized. This role offers a steady, in-person schedule at our Vista facility.

Responsibilities include supporting shipping, receiving, and production flow, while adhering to GMPs and quality standards. Team collaboration and strong attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds during shift.
• Stand, walk, bend and perform physical work for long periods.

Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and shipped while helping maintain the smooth operation of our warehouse and production facility.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Package products according to company quality standards.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization.
• Move and stage raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Support inventory counts and inventory accuracy.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year is a plus)
