Esler Companies LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, and organize shipments in a fast-paced facility. You will prepare materials for installer pickups and keep trucks prepped for next-day installations.

This role emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse environment and support additional duties as needed.

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication.
• Able to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Willingness to adapt to change and feedback.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, and organize shipments of products and materials within the warehouse.
• Prepare and stage materials for installer pickups.
• Clean, organize, and prep trucks for nextday installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety requirements.
• Assist with team lifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on location or shift.

What You Bring

• Strong customer service skills, friendly, empathetic, and professional.
• Ability to stay organized and manage priorities independently.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change and feedback.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
• Comfortable working in a semiclimatecontrolled environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
