Available Shifts:

2nd Shift: 4pm to 12:30am (pay rate of $18.19/hour)

The Opportunity:

Caterpillar Product Support and Logistics Division is hiring full-time temp to hire roles in Seguin, Texas. Starting at $17.00/hour, with paid holidays, 'Works 4 Me' medical plan from day 1, and additional 7% shift pay. Opportunities for permanent positions, benefits, bonuses, and career growth are available.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hoists
• Handle materials, fill orders, and manage inventory
• Operate packaging and shipping equipment
• Follow safety policies and perform housekeeping

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or order filling
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Operation of material handling equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 35 pounds frequently, 50 pounds infrequently
• Work at heights up to 20 feet
• Work in changing temperatures
• Walk, squat, and bend regularly
