Carter Machinery Co. Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, Virginia for the 2nd shift to accurately pull parts, package orders, and ship them to customers. You will join a fast-paced team and support operations with attention to detail and reliability.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Shift: 2nd

Starting Compensation Range: $19.88 - $27.85 per hour + Shift Differential

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately pulling parts to fill orders, packaging orders, and shipping orders to internal and external customers.

Requirements for the Warehouse Associate position include:

• Must be able to work additional hours to meet business and customer demands

Seeking Candidates with:

• Minimum of three years warehouse experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently standing/walking for extended periods of time
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
