Job summary

Pete & Gerry's Organics, LLC is seeking a Shipping & Receiving associate in Greencastle, IN to load/unload trailers, stock eggs, and move finished product to the cooler. You will work on 1st–3rd shifts with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), prior warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Competitive benefits and schedule flexibility are offered.

The Role At a Glance

We are responsible for packing and shipping eggs to stores all over the United States. The individual working in Shipping and Receiving will be responsible for communication and support of processing areas in the facility by stocking eggs, pulling finished product to the cooler, rotating stock, load and unload trailers.

• Assist in loading and unloading trailers
• Support the loader crew throughout the day with stocking of eggs
• Support the line workers and box taper crew by pulling finished product

What You’ll Bring To The Flock

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to obtain power equipment certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods of time

Work Schedule & Hours

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 PM - 5:00 AM
• Shifts up to 12 hours per day, based on operational needs
• Start and end times may vary due to truck arrivals, order fulfillment, machine downtime, or production changes
• Flexibility required to adjust schedule as needed
