Job summary

J.H. Larson Company is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Hudson, WI location. Join a team that moves, receives, stores, and ships materials safely while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will pick, fill, pack orders, operate power equipment, keep shelves organized, and collaborate across departments. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehouse experience are required. We offer a strong benefits package and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a warehouse environment, including operating power equipment
• Strong math skills and ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read instructions
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Pick, fill, and pack orders to ensure accurate deliveries and transfers
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Safely operate power equipment as required
• Keep warehouse shelves and work areas clean and organized
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Receive and process incoming stock and communicate with other departments

Refill primary bins using proper procedures and minimizing open boxesReceive and process incoming stock and materialsCommunicate with other departments and branches regarding order status or inventory issues.
