The Warehouse Associate – Shipping

This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations by preparing, staging, and loading outgoing shipments with accuracy and care. This position ensures timely fulfillment of customer orders and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shipping environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a “team first” environment and has a passion for customer service.

Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM

Responsibilities and Duties

• Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickup
• Load delivery trucks safely and accurately according to route and order requirements
• Verify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales orders
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and secure loading of all outgoing inventory
• Assist with maintaining accurate shipping documentation and paperwork

Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with warehouse leads, drivers, and counter sales staff
• Report shortages, damages, or shipping delays to the appropriate supervisor
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily shipping goals
• Follow direction from warehouse leadership to maintain steady and accurate workflow

General Warehouse Support

• Keep staging and loading areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist in other warehouse areas as needed, including stocking or receiving
• Follow all company safety procedures and use equipment responsibly
