Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $16.75/hour
• $250 Sign-On Bonus (30 days)
• +$0.25/hour every quarter(up to +$1.00/hour in Year 1)
• Up to $600 Quarterly Performance Bonus
• $20 Weekly Market Stipend
• +$1.00/hour after 4 PM & on Sundays (Effective 8/23/2026)

Shift Schedule

• Sunday: 8:00 AM until work is completed
• Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM until work is completed
