Job summary

Target is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Workers at our Joliet distribution center. Shifts include Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM and Tue-Fri 6:00AM-4:00PM; starting pay is $24.50 per hour with a range to $26.95, plus weekly shift differential of $2.00–$3.50 depending on eligibility.

Duties include packing, loading, shipping to stores and guests, accurate merchandise processing, safety compliance, operating powered equipment, and keeping work areas neat.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35-50 lbs frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally throughout a shift.
• Able to operate powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift) and work at heights where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
