Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring for a warehouse associate to accurately select products for store orders and prepare shipments. You will safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load pallets, and stage them for delivery in a high-volume, 24/7 distribution environment.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to follow precise procedures. You will count and verify items, maintain accurate records, and support team safety and efficiency day by day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain licensing/certification to operate equipment listed (forklift, pallet jack, shrink-wrap machines, RF terminals).
• Learn warehouse layout and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders from warehouse according to store orders.
• Operates forklift to move pallets and stage for shipment.
• Receives, checks and documents product counts and quality.
• Consolidates loads and ensures proper weight distribution during loading.
• Maintains safety, sanitation and company standards daily.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
