Job summary

WinCo Foods in the United States operates over 140 supermarkets with a large warehouse network. In this role, you will accurately select product and prepare store orders for shipment, and operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently to support store replenishment.

This position requires working varied shifts in a 24/7 operation, including nights and weekends, and handling temperatures from freezer to ambient.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain licensing.
• Comfort with working in cold/freezer and hot/dry areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 80-100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Selects products from warehouse and places on pallets for shipment.
• Operates forklifts and moves pallets from receiving docks to storage and staging areas.
• Receives and checks product against invoices; documents discrepancies.
• Loads products in correct delivery sequence while maintaining weight distribution.
• Meet productivity and safety standards and follow OSHA procedures.
