Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking team members to maintain and replenish stock during night shifts in a 24/7 operation. You will ensure customer satisfaction through friendly service while stocking and facing products, and you may train others as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock quality, rotating products, assembling displays, and using pallet jacks and hand trucks. The role requires physical effort, adherence to safety standards, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, courteous service to customers and internal staff.
• Ability to work varied night shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow procedures accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle frequent stocking and moving of product.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers with a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Maintain product quality, rotate stock, and stock shelves and backrooms.
• Build merchandise displays and operate hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Perform duties with honesty, integrity, and safety compliance.
• Train other employees and perform additional duties as assigned.
