Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in Ohio for shifts including 3:00PM-1:00AM, 5:00AM-3:00PM, and 4:00PM-2:00AM. Roles start at $24/hour with a $2–$3.50 differential, totaling $24–$26.86/hour plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently.
• Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Push carts up to 60 lbs with equipment.
• Stand, walk, and reach during shifts.
• Work at heights up to 40 ft on mezzanine where applicable.
• Good written and oral communication in English.
• Able to operate powered equipment safely (Pallet rider, Scissor lift, Forklift).
• Read labels and product documentation.
• Basic math for counting and totals.
• Must understand safety policies and training instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings for safe warehouse work in a fast-paced setting.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise.
• Move freight and inventory safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving for continuous improvement.
• Work independently and in teams with a positive attitude.
• Duties may change with business needs.
