Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Material Handler 2 for our Waxahachie, Texas location. This role is a starting point for a career with opportunities to grow within the Warehouse Department.

You will participate in on/off-loading, operate PIT equipment, and rotate through essential production functions as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Must read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• Must attach appropriate labels to material while correctly counting and identifying material.
• Can perform in multiple areas of the department or other departments.

Responsibilities

• On/off-load of product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates.
• Work as part of a team.
• Perform different functions on a rotating basis that are essential to the job.
• Be available to work in all areas of production.
• Perform work as assigned by Supervisor.
• Will need to operate PIT equipment.
