Schylling is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 1st shift in Lakewood, WA. The temp-to-hire role involves unloading, scanning, packing, and shipping orders, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, operating scanners, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while meeting quality standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Able to lift 49 lbs and push/pull up to 60 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and move for long periods.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Temp-to-hire arrangement.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
• Unload containers and receive, sort, and store inventory.
• Pull, pack and ship products based on orders.
• Use scanners to read bar codes and pick orders.
• Perform packaging, labeling, and light assembly as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Monitor product quality and report issues.
• Engage in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Handle products safely (up to 50 lbs) and keep area clean.
• Fulfill any other duties to support the mission.
