The role operates 1st shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm and offers a step into hands-on production, assembly, and material handling. You will assist with assembling, sorting, packaging, basic machine operation, timekeeping, and quality checks while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembling, sorting, and packaging products as needed.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment safely; training provided.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Follow supervisor instructions and meet daily production goals.
• Perform basic quality control checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and regulations.
• Support timely completion of shop orders and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and comply with 5S standards.
