Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Generalist to support picking, packing, and loading activities in our Windsor Locks facility. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, build pallets, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while ensuring safety and quality during daily orders.

You'll record activities using voice commands or digital terminals, participate in inbound/outbound logistics, and contribute to teamwork with reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and endure standing/walking.
• Reliable attendance and safety awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

They may fill roles such as Selector, Dock Worker, Palletizer, Forklift Operator, or Porter, ensuring efficient processing of customer orders and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment like order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts to handle products safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and build pallets of products for shipment, ensuring proper stacking and wrapping.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Record daily activities using voice commands, pick sheets, or digital terminals.
• Assist with inbound and outbound logistics, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform other related duties as needed, including safety compliance and supporting team efforts.
