Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Warehouse Worker to handle shipping and receiving, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient product flow while adhering to safety standards. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6am with a pay rate of $17 per hour.

Responsibilities include will-call, returns, pallet wrapping, loading, inspections, and paperwork, with an emphasis on accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including will-call, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, loading, and receiving.
• Maintains clean and safe work area; reports hazards immediately.
• Performs damage checks on items received and coordinates removal per policy.
• Replaces batteries and completes vehicle inspection checklist; follows safety procedures.
• Wears all required PPE and safety gear.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Secures equipment and completes necessary paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Details:

Position Purpose:

The Warehouse, Worker performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Performs general warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, loading, and receiving.
• Performs general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
• Performs damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according to company policy.
• Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
• Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry

Compensation

$17.00
