Job summary

Traditional Medicinals is seeking a Warehouse Associate on site in Rocky Mount to support a three-shift operation. You will clean and sanitize big bag unloaders on the 2nd floor, change big bags, and move components from staging to production during tea changeovers.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and AX ERP. You will assist Automation Engineering Technicians to minimize downtime and keep material flowing throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years production experience preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and English literate.

Responsibilities

• Set up bulk bags on the 2nd Floor.
• Clean, sanitize the production equipment.
• Load bulk bags onto the 2nd Floor.
• Drain tea from the IMA machines when necessary.
• Set up component carts at the beginning of the shift and deliver to the IMA machines.
• Pull in components from the staging area over to the production area.
• Weight out components, and return components back to the staging area during product changeover.
• Responsible for sorting cartons in the reject box and returning to proper machines.
• Weight out rejected components.
• Perform data transaction using D365 with handheld device and on PC.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, safety and cGMPs.
• Keep warehouse organized and material flowing.
• Load/Unload trucks, as needed
• Perform any and all other assigned duties as required.

SUMMARY

REQUIREMENTS
Experience/Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2+ years production experience preferred

Must be mechanically inclined

Speaking/ reading/ writing English skills as well as basic math are required
Attention to detail, good communication skills, team player, and ability to follow directions.

Basic computer skills.

Extensive travel to the corporate office in California may be required in the first few months for training purposesOffice Hours/Location:

This position is based in Rocky Mount, VA and is onsite Monday through Friday supporting a three-shift operation.

Remote candidates will not be considered for this role.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00
