Job summary

Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for the Hatfield, PA onsite team. The role covers picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks within a fast-paced automotive and powersports parts warehouse.

Starting pay is $20.00/hour with weekly pay and a strong emphasis on teamwork and daily goal attainment. The successful candidate will handle ERP data entry, quantity verification, and efficient loading/unloading while upholding safety standards and

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse processes including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receiving.
• Ability to recognize and verify shipping labels for outbound trailers.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain safety standards and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments
• Verify accuracy of part numbers and shipping documentation
• Enter shipment and inventory data into our ERP system
• Sort shipments and deliver products to assigned locations
• Pick, sort, and pack automotive and powersports parts
• Prepare shipping labels through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL
• Load trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers
• Perform inventory cycle counts
• Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Meet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks

Location: Hatfield, PA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour | Weekly Pay

Position Overview:

Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Hatfield team! In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting with picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting of our automotive and powersports products.
