Job summary

CJ Pony Parts, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Harrisburg, PA to support inbound receiving, outbound order fulfillment, and returns processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role helps ensure accurate inventory, on-time shipping, and a safe, organized workspace. Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift with multiple schedules; pay ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, biweekly, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic computer systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments.
• Pick, inspect, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Process customer returns and document inventory updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks).
• Put away products and stage shipments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and meet productivity goals.
