CJ Pony Parts is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate to support inbound receiving, outbound order fulfillment, and returns processing. This role helps ensure accurate inventory, on-time shipping, and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

You will work in Harrisburg, PA with day-shift options and biweekly pay. Prior warehouse experience is welcome but not required, and safety is a daily priority in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments
• Pick, inspect, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Process customer returns and document inventory updates
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks)
• Put away products and stage shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety policies and meet productivity goals
