Job summary

RJ Schinner Co is hiring a Warehouse Associate for first shift in Cottage Grove, MN. You will receive, pick and transport products, operate stand-up forklifts and RF scanners, and ensure accurate shipments while following safety protocols.

The role runs Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm, or until completion, with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1-year previous warehouse experience.
• 1-year previous stand-up forklift experience, and ability to follow safety protocols.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs frequently.
• Comfortable with exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust.
• Comfortable with heights (25–30 ft).

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement.
• Receive, pick and transport product throughout warehouse per standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely and efficiently.
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation.
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols.

Warehouse Associate Job Summary

Full-time | Monday-Friday | First shift, 6:00 am-2:30 pm, or until completion

The Warehouse Associate receives and transports products to appropriate locations. Picks products, assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Responsible for ensuring accurate receipt/shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the redistribution field.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• 1-year previous warehouse experience
• 1-year previous stand-up forklift experience, and ability to follow all safety protocols
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. frequently
• Comfortable withexposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
