RJ Schinner Co is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Springfield, MO. The role handles receiving, picking, packing, and prepping goods for shipment, and operates various forklifts to move products.

You will use RF scanners, maintain accurate records, and follow safety procedures. This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm, with $18–$20 hourly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience
• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience and ability to follow safety protocols
• High attention to detail
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs frequently
• Exposure to heat/cold, noise and dust
• Comfortable with heights (25–30 ft)

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick and transport product per company standards
• Stack, palletize, tote and store product safely
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records with proper documentation
• Keep warehouse organized and clean
• Follow all safety protocols for warehouse operations
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate Job Summary

Full-time | Monday-Friday | First shift, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, or until completion

The Warehouse Associate receives and transports products to appropriate locations. Picks products, assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Responsible for ensuring accurate receipt/shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the redistribution field.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• 1-year previous warehouse experience
• 1-year previous stand-up forklift experience, and ability to follow all safety protocols
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. frequently
• Comfortable withexposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
• Comfortable with heights (25’30’)

Warehouse Associate Duties

• Operate different types of forklifts including stand-up, and order picker
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick and/or transport product throughout warehouse according to company standards
• Stack, palletize, tote, and/or store product in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records through proper documentation
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Responsible for all warehouse safety protocols
• Checks on all powered equipment
• Other duties as assigned
