Job summary

CNH Industrial Group in Cameron, Missouri, is seeking a warehouse associate for a fully on-site role. You will handle receiving, packing, shipping, and scanning parts, while operating forklifts and reach trucks. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Ideal candidates are 18+, can read and understand basic English, and have basic computer knowledge; Click System is a plus. Pay is hourly with benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts from suppliers and ship to customers.
• Open boxes, pick, package/repack parts and scan with barcode device.

• Maintain cleanliness and organize the warehouse area.
• Ensure accuracy of received materials and quality/quantity checks.
• Assist with replenishing parts in bins and racks.

Shift Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Key Responsibilities

As a warehouse associate your daily tasks will vary from receiving parts from our suppliers, shipping product to our customers, openings boxes, picking, packaging/repackaging parts, use a bar code scanning device, operating powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, and other tasks related to our warehouse environment. Other tasks can include:

• Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.
• Workingin excess of20 - 30 feet off floor level is common.
• Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment.
• Housekeeping - Sweeping, Moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area, Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Sort product of various size and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put away.
• Confirm accuracy of received materials and verify quality and quantity of parts received.
• Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout warehouse.
• Concepting parts to fit location.

This position does requireprolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtimeand business needs; pushing, pulling, andlifting upto 40lbs;and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Employees have theability tocross-trainby working in any area need it based on business needs and staffing levels. Overtime is based on business needs.

Experience Required

An ideal candidate for this position must:

• be 18 years or older to apply.
• be able to speak, read and understand basic English.
• have basic computer knowledge - knowledge of Click System a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

A bonus applicant will have:

• minimum 1 year applicable experience in a production environment.
• minimum 1 year experience operating mobile equipment: fork lift, order selector, reach truck.

Pay Transparency

The hourly pay for this role isUSD $21.11 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
