RJ Schinner Co. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the first shift. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm, or until completion, and offers competitive pay and benefits.

The Warehouse Associate receives and transports products, picks orders, assembles goods, and prepares items for shipment, ensuring accurate receipt and shipment and safe handling. Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and 1 year of stand-up forklift experience, with

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts including stand-up and order picker.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and movement.
• Receive, pick, and transport product per company standards.
• Stack, palletize, tote, and store product safely.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Perform checks on powered equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate Job Summary

Full-time | Monday-Friday | First shift, 6:30 am-3:00 pm, or until completion

The Warehouse Associate receives and transports products to appropriate locations. Picks products, assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Responsible for ensuring accurate receipt/shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the redistribution field.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• 1-year previous warehouse experience
• 1-year previous stand-up forklift experience, and ability to follow all safety protocols
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. frequently
• Comfortable withexposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
• Comfortable with heights (25’30’)

Warehouse Associate Duties

• Operate different types of forklifts including stand-up, and order picker
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick and/or transport product throughout warehouse according to company standards
• Stack, palletize, tote, and/or store product in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records through proper documentation
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Responsible for all warehouse safety protocols
• Checks on all powered equipment
• Other duties as assigned
