Job summary

Ditsch USA is hiring Warehouse Associates in Cincinnati, OH for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will support inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement to keep production and shipments moving safely and efficiently.

Starting pay ranges from $20.50 to $21.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and paid holidays, life insurance, training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
• ERP system experience, preferably SAGE 100.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, ship, and track inventory.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Use scanners and warehouse systems.
• Operate forklifts or material handling equipment if trained.
• Move materials through warehouse, dock, freezer, and production areas.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
