Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler on 1st or 2nd shift in Minnesota to unload, sort, and move materials in a fast-paced warehouse. Responsibilities include manual lifting and operating a lifting device or pallet jack, following safety rules, and using an electronic scanner.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to work under time pressure, and clear communication with team and supervisors. No relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload and stack material using hoist or manual lifting devices.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets, skids, or racks.
• Move parts from racks to trays or carts and follow routing through department.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and work safely at all times.
• Maintain clean and orderly aisles and assist with training as needed.

Schedule: 1st Shift 6:00am-2:30pm Monday - Friday | 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm | Occasional overtime on Saturday's

Objective is to transfer material manually by hand, or utilizing a manual pallet jack or using a lifting device attached to a hoist called out within the standard work.

Role & Responsibility

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device attached to hoist.
• Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device by hand as needed.
• Loads parts manually from racks, tubs, and/or bins in warehouse to trays or racks kit carts.
• Follows set route through department to load kit carts.
• Loads and unloads parts manually from paint line.
• Maintains safety checks on necessary equipment.
• Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations. Uses electronic scanner to transact material as needed.

OTHER DUTIES

• Keeps aisles clean and orderly.
• Assists in the instruction and training of others as requested by supervisor.
• Completes preventative maintenance and other duties as directed by Total Production Maintenance.
• Perform other non-essential duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.
• Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Allow EquivalentExperience: 0>2 years
• The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent is required.
