Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the lifecycle of every customer purchase, from entry to loading, staging, and pre-assembly preparation. You will be essential in moving furniture, ensuring safety, and maintaining a neat work environment in a fast-paced retail warehouse.

Typical duties include loading/unloading, operating or training on material handling equipment, and complying with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload furniture from trailers and in-store areas.
• Bin and prep furniture for assembly and delivery.
• Assist customers and support store operations as part of the lifecycle of purchases.

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.

What we need from you:

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices, promoting awareness, and maintaining a neat and safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment, including but not limited to order pickers and electric pallet jacks.
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or an inventory scan gun is a plus.
