Job description

Shift: 7am-3pm M-F
Location: 1215 Loop Road Lancaster, PA 17601
Pay: $19.25-$21.85 per hour

Job Duties

Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  1. Unload, receive, inspect, and stock materials using inventory control system
  2. Assemble material for customer shipments using RDT equipment to verify inventory
  3. Check all assembled orders prior to loading
  4. Load trucks, ensuring secure blocking and proper load distribution
  5. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and complete documentation
  6. Assist with cleaning and organizing the work area (5S)
  7. Handle various materials for relabeling, repackaging, relocating, or scrapping as required
  8. Operate warehouse equipment and maintain it through inspections and documentation
Job Qualifications
  1. Successful completion of background check, employment verification, and drug screening
  2. Positive and verifiable work history
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Willingness to wear safety equipment and comply with safety requirements
  5. Availability to work any shift and day, including overtime with little notice
Physical Demands

Employees must meet the following physical requirements:

  1. Climb stairs repeatedly, perform repetitive motions, move within buildings
  2. Lift up to 75 lbs frequently, operate mobile equipment
  3. Push, pull, carry loads over 100 lbs with assistive devices
  4. Communicate effectively in English
  5. Work in non-temperature-controlled environments
  6. Read instructions, operate machinery, inspect products
  7. Perform walking, bending, reaching, grasping, and repetitive movements
