Job summary

The Canadian Executive Search Group, division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring an experienced Warehouse Associate for our client in Chattanooga. The selected candidate will support loading/unloading, and use the operating system to record product movements, with cross-training in all areas. Reports to the Warehouse General Manager.

Shifts are 1st shift, 8AM to 5PM, Monday–Friday. This Temp-to-Hire role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds.
• Experience in shipping/receiving/inventory management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and ship inventory for order fulfillment.
• Accurately perform cycle counts and physical counts.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Assist in warehouse cleaning and maintenance.
• Complete all tasks as assigned by management.

Shifts: 1st Shift, 8AM to 5PM Monday-Friday

Job Summary

The warehouse associate will assist in the loading and unloading of trailers; will utilize the operating system to record the movement of product in/out of the warehouse and receive cross-training in all functional areas. The individual must be able to take direction well and multi-task effectively to perform various tasks as assigned by management.

Reports To: Warehouse General Manager

Essential Functions

• Accurately pick and ship inventory for order fulfillment
• Accurately perform cycle counts and physical counts
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks
• Assist in warehouse cleaning and maintenance
• Perform additional duties as required by management
• Unload incoming inventory and prepare it for storage
• Complete all tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, forklifts. pallet jacks, mount and balance equipment and other various equipment as assigned by management.

Physical Demands

The individual in this position will spend several hours standing and using warehouse equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain ina NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED WAREHOUSE. May also have to do lifting of suppliesand product on a daily basis. These supplies and product can weigh up to 70 pounds.
