Job summary

Arrowhead Engineered Products is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our mid-shift operation, working Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. The role involves receiving and processing inventory, picking and fulfilling orders, packing and shipping, and maintaining stock in the assigned department.

You will use RF handheld scanners, verify part numbers, weigh products, and keep a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using RF handheld scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Weigh products using designated warehouse equipment.
• Verify part numbers and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Pack and ship orders while ensuring all required components are included.
• Review customer order notes and fulfill any special requirements.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming freight.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain inventory levels and shipping supplies.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits.
• Report inventory, shelving, or stock concerns to warehouse leadership.
• Communicate shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials and reaching above shoulder level and below the waist.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 65 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
