Position Title: Warehouse Associate Wage: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday 4:00pm-12:30am

This role is responsible for supporting receiving, order fulfillment, inventory, apparel production, quality control, packing, and shipping. We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and learning multiple areas of warehouse operations. Must be comfortable standing for the full shift, lifting up to 60 pounds, following work instructions, and cross-training in embroidery and heat seal production. This is a temporary role on 1st or 2nd shift.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive, organize, and replenish products; maintain accurate inventory through counts, system updates, and shipment documentation
- Pick and prepare customer orders using work orders, scanners, and warehouse systems; verify products, quantities, and order requirements
- Support embroidery and heat seal production, including preparing materials, handling garments, and operating equipment as trained
- Inspect garments and decorated products for quality, accuracy, and proper artwork placement; report or set aside items that do not meet standards
- Finish, fold, pack, and label garments; organize and stage orders, prepare pallets, and process shipments using company systems and procedures
- Meet production standards and deadlines, communicate issues, and cross-train to support changing workloads across departments
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; replenish supplies, assist with general warehouse upkeep
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse, order picking, shipping, or apparel production experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Organized and able to work independently or with a team
- Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, push, pull, stack, and use stairs as needed throughout the shift
- Ability to be on feet throughout the shift
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 60 pounds
- Good eyesight for small detail work
- Ability to work in varying seasonal temperatures
- Ability to follow safety procedures for assigned equipment and materials
