Job summary

American Lumper Services LLC in Logan Township, NJ is hiring Warehouse Associates for our peak season. You will receive, unload, and organize shipments and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and safety compliance while supporting a busy operation. We offer health insurance after 30 days, PTO accrual (from day 1 but usable after day 90), a 401(k) plan after 180 days, and on-demand pay options.

Must be flexible to work on Friday based upon production.

Shift: Sunday-Friday 3:00pm-Finish

Pay Rate: $19:00 An hr

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow safety protocols and company policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work Sunday through Friday shifts
