Job summary

Monroechamber in Edgerton, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role requires assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory and order fulfillment, and handling packing tasks across multiple departments.

You will load/unload shipments, verify product condition, and operate pallet jacks while contributing to accurate counts and stock replenishment. A safety-minded, detail-focused, team-oriented candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
• Prior warehouse/logistics/distribution experience preferred.

Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Wage: $19.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Location: Edgerton, KS

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• Provide support across multiple departments, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment

Warehouse Associate Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Frequent pushing, pulling, and stooping
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks as needed
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in different roles as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
