Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate 1 to support shipping, receiving, and material handling. You will prepare, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship products while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Working on a rotating shift (Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm with occasional Saturdays), you will unload trailers, verify orders, and assist with inventory control, with opportunities to train teammates and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred; 6-12 months related experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate pallet jack and basic warehouse equipment safely.
  • Basic computer skills to log activities and manage inventory.
  • Ability to read safety rules and work instructions.
  • Strong math and counting skills for inventory accuracy.
  • Team player with adaptability and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare product for movement, including sorting, labeling, palletizing and wrapping.
  • Assemble components into kits and enter data into WMS.
  • Pick and pack inventory, stage for shipment and load trailers.
  • Unload trailers, verify PO and pack slip in WMS.
  • Receive returns, verify warranty status and update inventory records.
  • Train others and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Job description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate 1 will perform tasks associated with shipping, receiving, and the material handling process at RealTruck. This will include receiving, stocking, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, and shipping of product.

Rotating Shift

Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm and some occasional Saturdays

Core Functions
  • Prepare product for movement throughout the warehouse, including sorting, scanning, repackaging, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping,
  • Assemble component parts into kits; packages and labels kits; enters kit data into WMS.
  • Pick and pack bulk and drop-ship inventory for shipment according to customer order, stage inventory for shipment and load trailers.
  • Unload trailers, receive product, verify accuracy against PO and pack slip in WMS.
  • Receive returned product, verify warranty status, update WMS, prepare product for disposal or return to stock.
  • Train other employees, maintain a clean and safe workspace and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education and Experience
  • Highschool Diploma preferred.
  • 6-12 months of related experience and or training preferred.

  • Skilled in the use of a pallet jack, tape gun.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to count and perform basic math.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Physical Requirements
  • This position is subject to Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Visual Acuity
  • The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services, general labor, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection, etc.)
Working Conditions
  • The worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions, including heat, noise, vibration, and hazards from a production-based environment.
