Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with all quality standards and operational requirements.
• Operate computerized sorting equipment efficiently and safely.
• Clean equipment between production jobs.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
• Operate equipment at established production targets.
• Verify proper equipment operation and identify issues as needed.
• Load unsorted product into sorting equipment.
• Remove and dispose of non-conforming parts according to quality standards.
• Package conforming product for inventory or shipment.
• Inspect sorted products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Box, label, and palletize finished goods.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure proper lot control and traceability requirements are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and maintain production records and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
