Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a premier distribution center in Whitestown, IN. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping support, while maintaining accurate inventory records and operating standard warehouse equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic English, and intermediate Excel skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts (8–12 hours) is expected. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Shift: 8-12 hour shifts

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Associate? You’ll be:

• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments
• Storing materials in assigned warehouse locations using FIFO practices
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading trucks, supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Maintaining accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems
• Performing cycle counts, assisting with physical inventories, and investigating inventory discrepancies
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners
• Following all safety procedures and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent warehouse inventory experience
• Possess reach truck experience (preferred)
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Have basic English communication and intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Are knowledgeable about warehouse procedures and inventory control systems
• Can safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods (8-12 hours)
• Are comfortable performing repetitive picking, packing, labeling, and material handling tasks
