About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining warehouse organization, order filling, safe forklift operation, assisting with freight loading and unloading, and helping customers as needed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to accuracy and quality (Doing Tasks Right the First Time)
• Ability to learn RF scanner and operating systems
• Safe operation of forklifts and powered equipment
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, team player
• Desire to learn and grow

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Standing and walking most of the day in a warehouse environment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Typically 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours
• Reliable on-site attendance
• Reimbursement for steel toe shoes up to $150
