About Cottonwood Distribution: A proud family-owned business with roots dating back 60 years. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to lift heavy objects, and works well in a fast-paced team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull product as requested by customers.
• Ensure timely pickup of pulled items.
• Organize orders with appropriate labels for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure all products are picked correctly.
• Work independently and in team settings.
• Maintain a flexible schedule across a Sunday through Saturday workweek.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, swings, and other heavy warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
• Ability to handle deadlines and interruptions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good math skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read and write.
