Job summary

Artisan Design Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our West Sacramento, CA location to receive, stock, and prepare orders for shipment. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in all warehouse operations.

This full-time role offers a 6:00am to 3:00pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a busy environment. Prior forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Current forklift certification a plus (will train if needed).
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-starter, able to plan, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Must be authorized to work in USA.
• Work well in a teamwork environment.
• Employment is contingent upon pre-employment drug test and background check.

• Receive and verify incoming products from vendors.
• Prepare and dispatch materials to installers in a timely manner.

COMPENSATION RANGE

Pay Range: $21 to $24 per hour.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm. Full time, non-exempt.

We are looking to add a Warehouse Associate to support our West Sacramento, CA location. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in receiving products from vendors and preparing orders for shipment. In this position, you will work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout all warehouse operations. Success in this role means consistently completing orders accurately, maintaining organized workflows, and supporting a high standard of operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Count and stock materials in accordance with inventory control procedures
• Receive and verify incoming products from vendors
• Prepare and dispatch materials to installers in a timely manner
• Pack orders accurately and methodically, and complete job packages for shipment
• Identify and report any damage, lost, or missing materials promptly
• Handle all materials with care to ensure quality and prevent damage

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Current forklift certification a plus (will train if needed)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-starter, able to plan, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Must be authorized to work in USA
• Work well in a teamwork environment
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Mobility: Frequently required to move throughout the office, warehouse, or job site to access materials, equipment, or files.
• Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Positioning: May be required to position oneself to inspect, maintain, or install materials, including stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and exchange accurate information with customers and team members, including in busy or noisy environments.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Warehouse/Facility: May be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments (heat and cold), moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels.
• Job Site/Field: Exposure to active construction sites, outdoor weather conditions, dust, and fumes. Requires use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such a high visibility clothing, hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
